Rejection Is Always A Redirection

Image
This topic is one of those topics that make people feel like, are you teaching us how to be comfortable with a bad situation 😃no, the other way around. Motivation is to make one see the good thing about a bad situation or a discouraging experience.  No doubt, rejection is bad. Maybe using a lesser word, rejection is humiliating, it makes you feel like you are worthless and unqualified. This can lead to depression for some people who dwell too much on the negative sides without getting words of encouragement to make them see the good side of it. Some people might commit suicide, it's that worse, that's why I used the word bad at the beginning.  But today, I want us to look at the brighter side of it. The positive effects of rejections. One of the good thing about rejection is it gives you a redirection on the path you are walking to get to your land of success. It most likely means, you were rejected there because they see more values in you that you don't need to limit you...

Good Success Needs Foundation

There are different types of success. But today we are talking about good success. There are success that is for a short time, there is a type of success that falls down because it is not built on any foundation, there are successes built on wrong foundations hence it is soon taken away. But real success, which we have been discussing in our series, which is also a type of success that great people have, leaders have and successful people we can look up to and learn from also have is what we are discussing.  I want to start by saying building foundation is tedious, foundations are usually not beautiful, foundations are always hidden from the people but it is still part of the building, without foundation, all the beauty in a house cannot exist. Same with our lives if we want to be great. The higher the building, the stronger the foundation. Foundations are built with rough materials, they are put together to make it solid. Same with our lives too, foundations of success are ...

Pick Up Yourself And Start All Over Again

We have been discussing journey to achieving greatness. We have discussed several things we need on the journey like intelligence, discipline, diligence, perseverance and we have been encouraged not to give up no matter how much difficult it seems. Today's discussion is one of the likely things that can happen on the journey to greatness which is, atimes while trying not to give up we fight the battle and the challenges bring us to our lowest on the ground without any strength or any word of comfort to help us move on, the word is coming out to you today that pick up yourself again and start all over again.  It's hard to start all over again something you have done once and you think you won't need to go through the rigorous experiences you went through to get you to where you are now but if that is the only way forward, start it again. You will get to the great height quicker this time because you know so much on how to do it now.  There is the story of a girl who was s...

You Can Do It

Image
Today's motivation is short, just three words and it's precise too. You can do it.  We have discussed dreaming big, we have discussed don't give up, we have discussed don't lose your integrity to get an easy life, we have also discussed discipline on the journey of fulfilling our goals. In today's talk I want you to know there are times you have done all you should do and then discouragement sets in, feelings of maybe you are not capable starts, that is why the motivation is coming out today to encourage you that you can do it.  You see, you don't need to have everything you need to achieve your goals at the start, some people think that is how it should be. Well, it looks wise enough, but many people who have become great achievers who are celebrated and respected never had everything at the start, yet they pressed on, they continued looking at the goal not minding the challenges around them and eventually it became a reality.  What I noticed is, children who...
