Doing Labour And Hard Working Jobs To Get Success Is Integrity

 Today's motivation is to remind us about the olden days teaching of the elders that nowadays, a lot of people don't use the principle anymore. Nowadays you hear people use quotes like, don't work hard, work smart. And while growing up, what was planted on our hearts was there is no success without working hard. Imagine the contrary quotes condemning hard work now. Nowadays, lots of people even youths want fast lane to achieve success, many people now don't want hard work, they are all looking for the smart way to success. And these smart ways are ways that lack integrity, they are ways that lack morals, they are ways that make other people cry for you to be successful or even cause you pains because of the many rituals you have to do to get the success without labour or hard work. 

Today's motivation is to return us back to right principles of achieving success. And if peradventure you are already doing hard work, today's motivation is to encourage you that you are on the right path, don't leave the right path to the wrong path of working smart which leads to sorrow and regrets. 

There was a day sometimes ago, I went to a KFC restaurant and I saw one of their workers, he kept working and to me he looked stressed already but he still continued working, then an imagination came to my mind, if peradventure, one of the kids coming there to eat sees him like a nobody and treats him with disrespect, maybe the child has been taught from home to avoid anything that has to do with labour jobs and only accept jobs that make her to be a boss always without even going through the steps to achieve success. That is ignoring principles of success like perseverance, consistence, integrity, diligence. That day, God dropped it on my mind that hard work is integrity. 

We see this type of illustration that happened on my mind, most of the people we admire, and respect and even celebrate and are given presidential treatment in the restaurant and public places, they are people with money and many of them never had their money through the right channels of success, yet we admire them. They wear designer clothes, drive the best cars, have expensive accessories accompanied with their outfits and we sometimes feel maybe we are doing something wrong by just working hard instead of working smart to achieve success and relevance like the people we are admiring and celebrating, even on the internet and social media as our celebrities. 

Well, that is why this word is coming out today, you are better than them for choosing the path of labour and hard work for success instead of wrong path. Go and notice many of them in history, for those of them who had second chance to retrace their steps, they usually go back to the labour jobs they ignored at the start. That is to explain to us that labour jobs has integrity in it. Don't feel bad when people look down on you for maintaining integrity and choosing a low job than to pick high jobs that gives you expensive lifestyle but takes your integrity away from you. 

If you as a girl need to sleep with rich politicians to get money to maintain your expensive lifestyle, you are not on the right path of success. It's better to start working hard with integrity being maintained now while you put efforts on your work with the right principles. Because, eventually, everything you acquired with the wrong means can be taken away from you and then you still have to start from the scratch with hard work and integrity. Why not start now, instead of waiting after falling from great heights before starting. And I also want to add, the principle of working hard leads to success too. It might be slow but definitely you will get success and it will be pure success without messing up yourself or the peace of others to achieve it.
