I Am A Star Going Somewhere High To Shine

Today's motivation is continuation of yesterday's motivation. Yesterday we talked about the vision being for an appointed time. While we are working and waiting for the vision to be fulfilled, there are things that come our way trying to make us settle where we are. But with the reminder that I am a star I am going somewhere high and higher than where I am now to shine. We all know stars don't stay on the ground, they are usually up in the sky for everyone to see it. That is whom you are as an individual. Your background doesn't have to limit you, the place you are now doesn't have to limit you. Temptations from those who don't want to go higher don't have to limit you. 

I want to explain further using an illustration. While we were in primary  or secondary school, some of our mates settled, they saw that level as the highest level for them, but for those of us who want to go higher we didn't settle, we moved higher. At the university level, some people also settled, they joined different cults, started finding quick money, went clubbing and several bad habits, but for those of us that we know that is not the highest level for us, we want to go higher than that level, we are also careful not to develop any bad habits that could stop us from entering great people's environments in the future, we cautioned ourselves not to do things that are dishonourable that could disqualify us if we want to apply for post of a leader later in future outside the university environment. We choose to endure hardships honourably and come out with our integrity because we know we are a star going somewhere high to shine. 

While we start working to develop ourselves and our company or career too, if we see ourselves as stars indeed, we must also continue to live our lives as a star that is appointed to shine very soon at a higher height. We should say no to options of sin that can cause us to settle without building a strong foundation for our greatness yet. We should say no to fast money and shortcuts options to success. We should avoid bad habits and bad behaviours that can disqualify us when we are invited to shine at the top. 

I want to conclude by reminding us of Joseph in the Bible. Joseph was a slave at a time but he knew he doesn't belong to the group of slaves, he is a star, a leader that will shine at the top soon, because of that he didn't behave like how slaves were behaving going for options of sleeping with their boss wives to get freedom, he chose the option of dignity. And on the day he was called to shine as a leader, there was no wrong accusations to stop him, there was no bad habits to stop his shine. May God help us not to look down on ourselves and settle at the bottom. May God give us grace to continue to pursue higher to get our place at the top with other stars and shine. Amen.

  Glad to be here again this morning with another words of motivation and encouragement.  Many times we look at others to be better than us but they are also looking at us being better. They are seeing the greatness in us that we are not seeing yet. That is why Bible encourages us not to let anyone despise our youth. You Are Not Behind In Life

  Today I have this words of encouragement and motivation, you are not behind in life.  Like I always say, we all need motivation in our lives, no matter the level we are in life.  We see rich people committing suicide and we are wondering what could have made them do such, that is because having money solves some issues it doesn't solve all issues. So if you are looking at yourself as if you are behind in life because some people are more successful financially, in business or career more than you, remember you are blessed with some other things money can't buy. So you are still blessed. There are lots of people who had money who don't have life again, their money could not keep them alive, you are looking at yourself as if you are behind in life but you are alive, so that makes you blessed. Rise Up Again And Continue

  The words of motivation for today is rise up again and continue. We often find ourselves in positions that look like we are defeated and we feel we can't get up again from what we encountered, we feel like there is no way we are moving forward again, what is left is to go back to where we used to be, what is left is to withdraw from pursuing to be great, what is left is to follow a less stressful ambition, what is left is to remain in that defeated state on the ground. Today the word of motivation coming out is rise up again.  Bible says the righteous falls seven times and he rise up seven times. Meaning God knows there will be days we fall to the ground and we feel moving on is impossible, God wants us to always rise up.
